It had to be written; when customer service go the extra mile people ought to know:
So I thought I bought produce at a 50% discount. But had in fact, the facts show, bought at full price. But still absurdly surprised & obviously in total blindness. I then ran a review on my suppressed experience. And whilst the produce itself, I had to give top marks, the experience left me hollow.
Then the Beef Jerky team call me up, explain to me the probabilities of the situation, but still send me credit in the form of payment towards new purchases, payments of higher value than the 50% discount I missed out on.
Now, I’ve experience excellent customer services before., both in connection with moving house, but this has to be the top of the range. It has therefore to be mentioned, as far as I’m concerned, these guys right here go the extra mile. They value their customers, & know how to conduct good practice in business. All honor to these guys.
And just making a last point. We customers don’t get upset if we don’t care for a product. We get upset only when realy disappointed. And we only get disappointed over something we know to be realy good. Yes I’m acting like a kid kicking a bucket right now. But that’s what happens when they call you up and show they care.

Sehr feiner Geschmack. Schmeckt nicht unbedingt nach Teriyaki, aber ist lecker. Konsistenz ist hart, aber nicht zäh. Fast perfekt. ;)
